1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, drained
3/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 (5 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
1/2 Tbls. sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1. In blender, combine all ingredients and puree.
2. Serve with tortilla chips.
This is the most simple savory salsa I have found. My sister-in-law shared this recipe with me. It is quick, easy, and tasty, of course.
