Glazed Carrots
2 lbs. carrots, peeled and cut into 1 inch chunks
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1. In medium pan, cook carrots on medium heat in 2 cups water until carrots are tender or water is absorbed, about 30 minutes.
2. Drain any excess water.
3. Turn down heat to low and add butter and brown sugar.
4.Stir until butter is melted.
5. Serve warm.
