Greek Salad with Creamy Dressing


1 bunch romaine lettuce, cut into large pieces
1 red pepper, seeded and sliced thin
1 small red onion, sliced thin
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 cup kalamata olives
1 cucumber, cut into small chunks
2 cups Creamy Greek Dressing

Dressing:

1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
dash of salt and black pepper
3/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
3/4 cup buttermilk

1. Combine all ingredients in blender and puree until thick and creamy.
2. Pour dressing into a bottle with a lid.
3. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving. 

This is a very nice and traditional Greek Salad. It is deliciously savory with the feta and creamy dressing.
