1/2 pound hickory smoked turkey breast, sliced (deli style)
1/4 pound provolone cheese, sliced
1/2 tomato, sliced thin
4 Romain lettuce leaves
1 round foccacia bread, cut horizontally
1/8 cup Caesar salad dressing
Layer
turkey, provolone cheese, tomatoes, lettuce on one side of foccacia
bread. Right before serving, pour Caesar salad dressing over plain side
of foccacia bread and top layered side. Cut into wedges and serve.
This is a simple savory and delicious sandwich. I love it for luncheons! This is hands down my favorite sandwich. (Note: I bought my foccacia bread at Sunflower Market.)
