Spicy Beef Soft Tacos


1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef 
1 1/2 cups Picante salsa
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 tsp. crushed garlic
1 Tbls. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. salt
10 soft flour tortillas

1. In skillet, brown beef.
2. Add salsa, black beans, garlic, chili powder, cumin, and salt. Stir.
3. Simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Serve on flour tortillas topped with cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, and sour cream. 

Dinner quick with a kick! These tacos are a bit spicy, but are packed with savory flavor. I love recipes like this for Sundays when we are running to church and simply have a lot on our plates! It is nice to have a meal that is satisfying and fast to prepare!
