4 cups Greek yogurt
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup pomegranate juice
Ice Maker
1. In bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until sugar is well incorporated.
2. Transfer yogurt mixture to ice cream maker and follow manufacturer's directions for freezing.
3. Serve with your favorite ingredients.
It seemed like I was frequenting Red Mango Yogurt at least once a week. It got to the point that I needed to make my own Pomegranate Yogurt or bust. So that is what I did. It is so close to the real deal I am happy to report.
