5 pounds russet potatoes
cold water
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 sticks butter, cut into chunks
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1.Wash, peel, and quarter potatoes.
2. Place potatoes in large pan of water and boil until tender.
3. Drain in colander.
4. Mash potatoes with masher over low heat.
5. Turn off heat.
6. Add butter, cream cheese, half and half, seasoned salt and black pepper.
7. Mash until fluffy.
