1 (16 oz.) bag of coleslaw or 1 head cabbage
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/4 cup red pepper, chopped
3 cups cooked chicken (I use rotisserie.)
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/8 cup sesame seeds
2 packages chicken flavored Ramen noodles, uncooked, crushed (Reserve seasoning packet for dressing.)
1. Salad: In large bowl, toss coleslaw, onion, pepper, chicken, almonds, Ramen noodles and sesame seeds.
Dressing:
3/4 cup oil
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3/4 teaspoon sesame oil
2 packages Ramen noodle seasoning packets
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Combine all dressing ingredients in jar with lid. Shake to mix. Pour over Asian salad. Serve.
