Fruit Salsa:
2 cups peeled, cored, chopped Fuji Apples
2 cups fresh, pineapple, chopped (you will find pineapple spears at Costco)
2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
2 cups fresh peaches, pealed, and chopped (Add when in season. Omit, if not.)

1. In bowl, combine apple, pineapple, strawberries, and peaches. Serve with cinnamon-sugar tortilla chips.
Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips:
4 flour tortillas
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, melted
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Brush both sides of tortilla with melted butter.
3. Sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
4. Bake for 12 minutes, turning tortillas once.
5. Let cool and break into chips.
